She has worked with Thomas Jussila and his team for 9 years and loves helping homebuyers make their dream of homeownership a reality.  She has experience in processing Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and Minnesota Housing Loans. JoAnn is originally from California and loves the ocean.  When she vacations, it is always a tropical setting so she can go SCUBA diving with her husband and her son.
